Andaluzite

Andaluzite is a naturally occurring alumina-silicate used mainly in the manufacture of refractory products in shape, casting and monolithic form.

This mineral is mostly used for the iron and steel industry. It is also used in the aluminum, cement, foundry and glass industries, among others.
