Steel Shot
They are the most commonly used materials for surface cleaning, removing foreign material from the surface and improving metal surfaces. It is one of the most effective materials in the cleaning process after casting. The grain size of the balls determines the final state and surface roughness of the metal surface on which it is sprayed. It is used extensively in shot peening process. It is used in parts such as crankshaft, turbine blades, gears and springs to improve the properties such as compressive strength and/or load strength of materials by Shot Peening process.
